Profiling
We have identified the behavioral traits that are critical to top performance in most retail roles. Using ProScan®, we can assess whether or not a candidate is a good match for the position you have available and further identify what coaching they may need to perform to your expectations. We can also tell you where you may have "round pegs in square holes" and how you might consider repurposing an existing employee and providing coaching suggestions to raise them to a higher level of performance and job satisfaction. Matching each person to the right job creates employee engagement and improves morale and productivity.
Job Matching
Finding the right candidate starts with creating the right job posting. Depending on what position you're hiring for, we can help you craft the right message to appeal to people who would be naturally attracted to that position.
